Ace Cards - Returns Policy
Availability of Goods:-
All our greetings cards are hand made and subject to availability, orders placed on some items may take a longer to be dispatched. (We will of course advise you if this is the case.)
Damaged in Transit:-
Should there be any damage to the delivered goods, details must be noted on any delivery documentation that may come with your order, it will be your responsibility to inform us within 24 hours.
Incorrect Goods:-
It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 2 days of delivery. If the items are not what you ordered, you must not use the item.
Cancellation of Orders:-
Should you for any reason need to cancel your order prior to its despatch, please contact us by clicking here or phoning 020 8568 8168 stating your name and order number. Please Note: If your order has been prepared for packaging, cancellations can not be accepted.
Returns Period:-
There is a twenty-eight day returns policy on our hand made greeting cards providing the following are adhered to:
the goods are received back in perfect re-sale condition at our premises
the goods are a current design and not a discontinued design
any postage charges involved are paid by the client
